July is such a very hard month for me, July 15th will be the 3rd anniversary that my nephew was killed and it has been a very hard thing to work through. Your album coming out July 14th is absolutely bitter sweet, something to look forward to, and help me with that difficult time.

dunno what it is about listening to ur new song that brings tears to my eyes.....has it been the wait? anticipation? the voice that brot me from the kitchen to the living room the first time i heard it during AI auditions on the TV? the same voice that gives me so much calm when i close my eyes and listen to it? i dunno but wondering if you could match or outdo your first album is no longer even a question in my mind..................DONE! NO SURPRISE! lol Congrats! LOVE IT!
It's been a LONG three years for me and my family.....coming through a divorce, trying to rebuild/stabilize our lives and look up and move forward......you just never know when ur inspring someone along the way.......YOU DO! Don't ever stop. Being able to follow ur story, seeing how encouraging/excited D was for you to audition for Idol and then go on to Hollywood....her continued support, gentle ways and devotion to u and ur family....being a single Mom watching another single Mom find someone who loves her unconditionally, a kind intelligent talented man who shares her love and gratitude for life and the Lord......it hasn't just been the love of your voice and ur music, you see, watching ur journey together has also been inspiration that it CAN happen....you CAN find true happiness again.......... listening to ur music, reading as you and D and ur friends make exchanges on Twitter.......stories and news provided on the website and vlogs....ur passion and devotion to your family, friends, ur music and God.......Chris you are such an inspiration. You ALL are. Thank you. : ) I find it sooo strange how much your story/music draws me in....i am not a groupy LOL i do not "blog" and make comments on websites for heaven's sake i am a grown woman, but i believe everything happens for a reason and maybe the inspiration i draw will make me inspiration for someone else......be proud of yourself. In this day and age, this is NOT an easy thing to do. : )
PS i like what you said about J BonJovi and how he has handled fame(PERFECTLY) and sharing with your fans but keeping enuff private to protect ur family........you are an intelligent man.....it shows in everything you do.....keeping ur common sense, humility and groundedness to who you are and where you came from will only make you legend ; )

Saw a tidbit of the No Surprise vid and it was funny cuz it was like watching friends all glammed up on the screen- you're not the untouchables and we're so blessed for that. The vid looks amazing too and I can't wait to see and hear the rest- new tunes....AAAAAHHHHH! It's not too far away
