I am a fan (and you should be too), because...DAUGHTRY rules. Each and every member of this band is extremely talented. When you take five people of this calibur and put them together, the only possible result is a musical powerhouse. The lyrics to each and every song touch my soul. However, I have to say that my favorite song on the album is "Over You". In the last year, my relationship of six years has ended. This has been particularly hard for me because my ex and I are both disabled and due to the fact that we both need 24 hour care we still live together.Living with my ex has become extremely difficult because he has a girlfriend now. It hurts to watch them be so in love knowing that I'm by myself. For the longest time, I was depressed and thought that I would be stuck in this situation forever.
On November 21st 2006, I purchased a copy of your album through Napster. The instant that I heard "Over You," I knew there was hope for me. February 12th, 2007, I saw the guys in Phoenix, they were awesome! During the concert, Chris even got off the stage to say "hi" to me. I am so appreciative of the fact that they would take time to acknowledge me. Often times, the disabled get over looked, but not with DAUGHTRY. This is why I love DAUGHTRY.
Five days after the show, I moved back "Home" to Indiana and have been here since.
