Hi there all! I am new to the fansite; but not to Daughtry. I have been following him since American Idol. Hundreds of votes later, lol, I am finally getting to see him Tuesday in Kenosha. I am going to be there bright and early. I want to get good seats, plus be on the look out for Chris. WOOT!

...American Idol. Season 5 was actually the first season I had watched. I tuned in and there he was...Chris Daughtry. That voice caught me with the first note. Not to mention, he is HOT!!! I kept voting for Chris each week, several times each night.
When he was voted off I was totally crushed. I knew America had made a mistake; but also knew in my heart that he would definitly be offered a record deal. I was so happy when I found out it had happened.
My favorite Daughtry song is "Home". I totally can relate to the song. I am originally from Tennessee and am now living up North, due to the Military. I plan on moving back home one day. I actually have this song as my ringtone for when my mom calls.
