In KY...

Where I live, we have 4 different PBS networks. This Soundstage doesn't come on until Feb 1 but we get 4 different chances to watch it. I'm shocked to hear about the PBS stations in Illinois. Not just because of the missing Soundstage situation but because of all the great educational and art programming that people will be missing out on. I don't think a day goes by that my family isn't watching something on PBS. Maybe a miricle will happen and someone else will step up the plate and broadcast PBS.

If anyone has pictures of the little boy that was talking to Joey after the show, please message me. Unfortunately my son wouldn't have his picture taken with Joey so he took a picture of Joey and then Joey took a picture of him. He is still flying high from everything that went on that night. Also, if you have any pics of the concert you would like to share, let me know and i'll send you my e-mail address.

My 6 year old is going to be getting a special package from Santa early this year... Not only will this be his first concert but he'll get to see "the only person who can sing 'It's not Over' better than him". Now if only I can replace the Meet & Greet he missed out on in Evansville.

Looking...

for a pair of tickets... my 6 year old asked for Daughtry this Christmas. He missed an opportunity to meet him in September and truly believes that if he wishes hard enough, he will get to meet the guys. Right now, I just want to get him to a concert. If anyone knows of someone selling a pair, please message me. I have some money saved up but I can't afford the price most people are wanting for them. Thank guys!!!

Could someone explain to me why there are 848 fans online but only 87 are registered? Why would not want everyone to know you are a fan?

One of the ladies I work with is a HUGE Elvis fan so I asked her if she watched the special last night... before I could say anything else, she started going on about how great the guys that performed "Suspicious Minds" were. We are growing in multitude with every passing day! Daughtry fans unite!

VIP Winner

I know most of this conversation has been happening on the "VIP Winners Announced" page but in case you didn't know, my son and Iare the people who missed out on the VIP tickets because, well, life happened. I won't get into the detail but I'm not sure I really want to cry more at the moment. I debated telling my son about the missed opportunity but finally I had to since I just kept crying. Wanna know what he said? He told me he didn't want to go anyway which i knew wasn't true. I asked him if he was just trying to make me feel better and he said that he was more okay with not going that he was with seeing me cry. I'm not sure but I think that made me cry more. HE was telling me it would be okay and that we should just try again. My son then proceeded to spend every moment he could this weekend listening to his CD. Unfortunately, the money for regular tickets was just not in our budget. We have four boys and my husband has health issues so money is pretty tight right now even without the move. I have to believe that he will get his chance and I will do whatever is in my power to give it to him. I have not heard back from anyone at RCA but I did send them a message telling them I understood that I was late and that I would not get the tickets but asked if they could send him something, anything to help me make this up to him. I know he is more disappointed that he wants me to think because I see him tearing up when he's listening to his music and he won't talk to his brothers about it when they ask. I'm going to be beating myself up about this for a long time. I even came in to work today just in case I might have another personal message. No such luck. I just wanted to tell you all to have a great time and that I'm sorry that the VIP package went to waste because I could not get onto the computer in time. I can't wait to hear how the show goes from everyone!
