I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...Chris and his band are truly down to earth people. I remember Chris's audition on American Idol. He stood out for me because of his wife - she was waiting for him to audition and talked about how much he had given up to be with her and her child. Chris treated her child like his own. I am fortunate to NOT be a single parent but he had my respect at that moment. Then of course watching the American Idol that year I totally feel in love with his sound and look. I was like the rest of the world that night he got kicked off - totally shocked - but now we know that he was bigger and better than American Idol! My kids and I listen to his CD all the time and we know every word to all his songs. I can't wait to see the new album come out!! I know Daughtery will make us proud once again. Plus Daughtery is a band that you can take your kids too and know that it is not going to be disaster! Thanks to Daughtery for toughing it out and bringing us all real rock and roll!!!!!
