Even though it's been over half a year since the CD came out, it rarely ever comes out of my CD player. I've been following Chris since American Idol, and it's awesome to see how far he has gotten since then. I still get excited when I hear "It's Not Over" and "Home" on the radio because that means their music is getting out to people who don't know them but will be fans after the song is over.

Daughtry has even brought me closer with my dad. My dad moved 6 years ago, and I've only gotten to see him everyother weekend since then. We never got extremely close, because even when I was out at his house, we couldn't spend time together because he had to work. For my birthday, he got me tickets to one of the concerts. We got there 6 hours before the doors opened, and there was nothing to do but talk that whole time. We had a great time laughing and joking with the people in line, and just hanging out together for once. The next day I had to go home because I had school, and later that night I got a call from my dad telling me how much he missed me. Ever since then, we've been closer than we've ever been before. Daughtry has literally changed me life, and I want to thank them for that. My dad is now my best friend too, and he wouldn't have been if we hadn't of gone to a Daughtry concert that day.
