I am a fan of Daughtry because their addicting music is like my salvation in a high-strung college life. Lately all I do is stress about grades, and money, but when I hear Daughtry for no matter how short a time, I feel like just for that instant my burdens are no longer with me and I can at last relax. All their songs are carried out with such power and emotion that I am drawn into their world, a world I almost never want to leave.

I have been a huge fan of Chris Daughtry ever since his American Idol days and I must say I strongly admire his dedication to his wife, kids, and the band! With Chris I thought it could not possibly get any better, but take him and combine his amazing vocals with the drumming talent of Joey Barnes, then let Josh Steely and Brian Craddock mix in some of that guitar we all love, all that plus the amazing Josh Paul on the bass and we have got ourselves a phenomena (or Daughtry soup, lol)!!! Daughtry has shown us that you do not have to make it to number one to reach the top, you simply have to be the best. No-matter where you look there will never be a more talented bunch than the gifted men that make up Daughtry. They are smart, charismatic, gorgeous, and skillful.

I am a Daughtry fan because any band that can get us up on our feet and lost in there words, is a band I want to idolize. To sum it all up, they sound good, they look good, they are good, so what is not to love?
