I don't understand why some people got emails and some didn't. Is the presale sold out and does anyone know what code was?

Has anyone noticed the time stamp on all our messages? It's one hour behind. Are they not operating in Eastern time zone? Could this be the reason for the delay?

I was wondering if anyone knows how or when the presale password will be available for the Charlotte concert on 12/15. Presale starts in 15 minutes and I haven't received an email yet and I don't see any info posted on this site. Thanks! I don't want to be shut out of another concert!! Huge fan!!
