I am a fan (and you should be too), because...

Year after year I've watched American Idol...there were always several people that had talent or I enjoyed watching. It was Season 5 that I discovered Chris Daughtry, along with the rest of the world. I remember sitting in my living room not only with my jaw to the floor from the vocals that I heard, but my heart was wide open, because I felt the passion that Chris sang from. I immediately noticed that Chris Daughtry was a "Diamond in the rough" and remember feeling so grateful that he was singing on tv each week - it was something that I couldn't wait to hear. It's difficult to explain except that music to me is so much more than just someone singing in tune, and so much more than an appearance. Chris had the entire presence of a true musician.

I remember feeling relieved that Chris didn't walk away with the American Idol title. Now, before you get the wrong idea, let me explain further. Only a TRUE fan can appreciate what I'm about to say... I knew from the first moment that I heard him sing, that he had something so much more to offer; that his talent alone was going to move mountains in the music industry. I was completely confident that he was going to move onto something even greater, with no limitations, no boundaries and he would be unstoppable. He did just that when "Daughtry" was created. Now not only did I have complete respect for Chris, but I fell head over heels in love with "Daughtry" as a whole union...all of these men together have made HISTORY from the moment they got into the recording studio. And I realized that if I was completely touched by their passion, by their drive and determination to love what they do, and to have such a love for their families while following their dreams, then so many millions of people could feel the way that I feel.

When I listen to the music of Daughtry, I'm touched. Emotionally I feel happiness, I feel in love, I feel heartbreak, I feel hope, I feel desire, I feel ALIVE. That is what music is all about. I'm a FAITHFUL, NEVERENDING FAN of Daughtry, because when I hear their music it reminds me of so many reasons to be grateful in this life. I give my oath to always support Daughtry, to spread the word and give nothing but love to them. DAUGHTRY I HAVE YOUR BACK 110%!!!!!!!!!!

I'm confident that after hearing their music, I won't have to convince you to be a fan...that just will come naturally - trust me, it's contagious
