They could be possibly uploading more pictures. Right after I got off the phone with someone from GroundCtrl, the site went down and shortly after, our pictures were up. It was down the other day too when they were uploading pictures. But ours are there.

I called the number that was in the email and talked to an actual person lol [yesterday all I got was a recorded message]. He said they're having a server issue uploading pictures and that hopefully they will be uploaded today.

If not, I'm going to call everyday until they are.

screw impatience, I'm starting to get pissed off! It will be a week tomorrow and still nothing. It's bull crap that Foxwoods and VTs were put up before ours. Our show was first so our pictures should have been up FIRST. I tell you what, unless we're allowed to use our own cameras, I'll never pay for a VIP again. This is ridiculous.

I also never got a response to my email.

I sent GroundCtrl an email last night and I haven't gotten a response either. I'm going to call customer service. If anything happened to our pictures, I'm going to ask for either some kind of refund on the $540 I paid for VIPs or I want FOUR free tickets to the concert of my choice because that's how many pictures I don't have.

*I called them and I had to leave a message with my name, number, and the artist I was calling about. They said a representative will call me back in up to 48 hours!! This is ridiculous! If they just would have let us use our own cameras, we wouldn't be going through all this.*

yes, we're talking about pictures that got taken during the VIP. No, we weren't allowed to take our own pictures during the meet & greet. They had a photographer take them. We're just waiting for them to be uploaded.

By the way, did any of you get a GOOD picture of when he told us all to take a pic at the same time and they turned the lights off then turned them back on and it looked really cool? My camera died before then and none of the girls I went with got a good picture of that and I wanted to see.

I'm very annoyed that they aren't up yet. It wouldn't be so bad if they didn't have the two shows AFTER ours up. Damn it, I want my picture.

I wonder how long it will take for them to be up? I noticed that the pics from the PA show on the 19th aren't up yet. I really hope it doesn't take too long.

that's the only thing that pops into my head when I think of last night. The VIP and sound check were awesome, I loved meeting the guys. They were so nice. The concert was out of this world. It was our first Daughtry concert and it was so much fun. I caught Joey B's drumstick which was really cool. I can't wait until they come back!!

I'm so happy we got sound check! That's just the icing on the cake. I can't wait until tomorrow!! See you guys there!
