Why I'm a Fan
I am a fan (and you should be too), because Daughtry's sound is new, refreshing, original, and INCREDIBLE! Admit it...you noticed Chris Daughtry on "Idol". If you were like me you KNEW he was the MOST talented up there...and then, even though he didn't win, you were secretly GLAD...LIKE ME..because he now can get a BETTER record deal. Sing BETTER songs (that HE & the band wrote) & stick to his guns! None of that awful pop crap. Instead we get to hear GREAT rock ballads, & TRUE talented heavier songs.
When I listen to Daughtry, I feel "one" with the band. The lyrics are straight from the heart. The melodies are catchy as hell, & once I put the CD in my car...well, let's just say that it's NEVER coming out.
The band is coming to my town on March 17...St. Patrick's Day!!!!!! The pre-show sold out, so it was impossible to get tickets. I would DIE to get to see the band....& MEET them?...A DREAM COME TRUE!!!!!!
Even though my fingers are STILL SORE from dialing Chris's #'s from Last season's "idol", I managed to type this. Please consider me for the VIP treatment on MArch 17, at Revolution Hall in Troy, NY.

Even though there is 3 feet of snow in front of my garage door, I'm DYING to see the show tonight!!!!! The parking should be a treat, but who cares....IT'S CHRS & THE BAND....IN MY TOWN!!!!!! YIPPEE!!!!!!
