I am a fan (and you should be too), because...come on, it's Chris Daughtry!

The music is awesome and the lyrics, well, they are so easy to relate to. I can easily put myself into so many of them. I love music and have more cd's than I know what to do with. I bought this cd the day it came out and it still has not left my cd player. It's feel good music that I crank up on the way to work to get me going. These guys have such a future ahead of them. I cannot wait to hear what comes of Daughtry down the road. They will definately be around for a long, long time.

I will always be a Daughtry fan because I feel like they appreciate their fans. Touring almost every day and devoting so much time to their fans shows these guys are in it to make it. Their dedication is unbelievable. Their fans are important to them. There have been so many awesome contests and I always feel up to date. Whoever manages that myspace page is awesome too! I was especially sold with the special opportunity to purchase tickets to shows. Nothing makes you feel more special than an opportunity to buy tickets, that people have been fighting over, to a sold out show. I love the intimate venues and I cannot wait to see Daughtry perform up close and personal. Did I mention they are all easy on the eyes?

I never really was an Idol fan until this season. I've heard all about last season and knowing how it ended, I get a smile on my face everytime I hear them playing a clip of Home, or when Simon fondly refers to Chris Daughtry. Knowing what I know about Idol now, I'm afraid if he had won, Daughtry would not be what it is now, and that's what everyone loves. Chris will have it all, and he deserves every single bit of it! I wish Chris and his band all the best in the future.

A few fun facts: my favorite song is "Used To," I have "What I Want" as my ring tone, everyone at work makes fun of me because I can go from 27 to 17 years old in 0.3 seconds when a Daughtry song comes on the radio and because I made them all cover for me so I could go order my Daughtry shirt on the internet, Chris' picture is the biggest thing on my myspace page, I've turned my country music loving husband into a fan, and I thought about naming our new goldendoodle puppy Daughtry, but I wasn't sure if that was a compliment or an insult, so we went with Ranger!
