This was my first time seeing both bands live so seeing them together was a real treat! My mom loved the show just as much (and she's 67, lol!!!)

I rarely dance and scream and sing along at the top of my lungs at concerts because I'm an introvert and pretty reserved...but something came over me especially during any Bon Jovi song that came from the 80's, lol. And Daughtry...I went a bit nuts, lol. I figured I've been waiting since the 80s to see Bon Jovi and I've been waiting since Idol to see Daughtry so I may as well let my guard down and rock out! Smiling

I took some awesome video (one of Daughtry and three of Bon Jovi) which I am uploading to youtube as we speak. But here are two of the vids that I got up so far (including the one of Daughtry):

I didn't take a ton of video or pictures because I wanted to enjoy the show and make sure I was spending more time rockin out than looking through a camera lens, but I did fill up my memory stick! Smiling

It was one of the best concerts I've been too in a looooong time!

EDIT: Here is another video I finally got up (it's of Bon Jovi):

On March 15th I'll be going to my first-ever Bon Jovi concert and it will also be the first time I have ever seen Daughtry! I missed Daughtry last time they came through town. By the time I had found out about it, it was totally sold out. I bought the Bon Jovi tickets before even knowing that Daughtry was the opening act so when I found that out, I felt like I had won the lottery!

I still hope to win the VIP though! I would love to be able to meet the guys and could give the tickets I already have to a couple of friends who I am sure would love to go. Smiling But we'll see what happens!

No matter what happens, I know that I won't ever forget March 15, 2008 at Mellon Arena. Woot!
