I am a fan (and you should be too), because this band simply rocks! The cd is constantly being played in our home. It's a great rock cd. From Chris's vocals to the talents of each band member makes for a fantastic collaboration. The songs are soulful and honest and a lot of fun to crank the volume and sing along with. (ps- the louder the better since my singing sounds just like the American Idol contestants who get the boot at auditions!!). One thing I really like is that the music is for everyone - I have no problem with any of our kids hearing it.

Being a parent of 5 (ages 4 to 13), I appreciate Chris's devotion to his family and believe that this only adds to his personal appeal. We instantly "liked" him on American Idol and glad to see a real person chasing his dream. Kudos to his family support throughout this adventure. We, as fans, thank Deanna and family for that and appreciate the time each band member spends away from family while bringing us the gift of music.

So, why be a fan? I can't think of a reason not to! Listen to the cd, enjoy, and join the fan base. There's always room for more!

well im a fan (and u should b 2) because, Daughtry is totally awesome!! Like there music totally rocks. u cant help but fall in love with the hard hitting lyrics and total rock music. and better yet all the songs are written from experence. not like other artist who just write songs because they think its cool or something like that. Chris' vocals are so breath taking. and u can tell the passion behind words. plus Josh, Joey, Josh Paul, and now Brian give the band that rock edge. like, in yall's music video. yea I saw you Josh Paul rockin out. me and jessica call it "the JPC"

what's even better is that the guys of Daughtry are awesome people! like, we all know Chris from idol, and also know how sweet of a guy he is. a total devoted dad, major rocker, and just a cool dude. and i can just tell that Josh, Joey, Josh Paul, and Brain are equal as awesome. it would be so cool just to talk to them face to face. im freaking out just thinking about!

i listen to the album non-stop and the volume is cranked all the way up!! like once i was listen to the cd (really loudly) and my friend called, i usual hear the phone ring but i didnt hear it that time. so my mom answered it. she when down stairs (where my room is) and told my friend, Jessica " hold on i need to knock on the door, a rock concert is going on!". it was so embarassing! Jessica made fun of me through the whole time we were on the phone (which was about an hour or so). the music just makes me bust out singing. Which I do...

so in other words, Daughtry rocks hard!!!!!! and if you arent a fan then u need 2 soooo buy the cd and become a fan, seriously. for real-z's!!!!!!
