Why I'm a Fan
I am a fan (and you should be too), because...well, I can not begin to tell you why I am a Daughtry fan, who can!? Daughtry has become a part of me. I waited and anticipated the release of the new album. I knew the day I saw him on AI that he would have a record deal and swore that I would be the first to buy it, which I did (don't think I was the first though). I cried my eyes out they day he was kicked off and I didn't even continue watching it. During him being on it my mother and I would race to see how many times we could vote (she is a Taylor Hicks fan). And now I laugh because Daughtry is doing better. I even think it makes my husband a bit jealous. He is a big football fan and when I saw Chris Daughtry sing the National Anthem on some game my husband and his friend was watching 1-21-02, well lets just say I got evil looks. Anytime I see his face or hear his music I get giddy. I haven't really been hooked to any kind one band or one singer until I saw Chris Daughtry on American Idol. He gave me chills and I just continued watching him to see what he could do. And may I say....He can do it all. And everything seemed to get better once he found a band. They are great together. I know everyone says it but it feels like they are singing to YOU. I am not really good on writing or "typing" what I feel or "Why I am...anything" but If you listen to Daughtry, you will know what everyone is going crazy about and you will not regret it. He is amazing and I swear to it, that I am going to listen to him until the day I die. I love Daughtry and you will too!
