I am a fan (and you should be too), because... Daughtry is just an amazing group of guys, to put it simply. When Chris got eliminated on Idol, I was obviously upset, but now he's set the example that you don't have to win in order to have a massive amount of success. Sometimes not winning brings more success. Had I known that this was where he'd be now, I would have felt silly about being so upset. I think that these boys are the most genuine group out there today. They care so much about their music, their fans, their families, everything in life. Whenever I listen to their music, read an article about them, see pictures of them.. it just puts an immediate smile on my face. I also love that they are so humble towards us, the fans. They are always showing their appreciation towards us, thanking us during award show speeches, posting here at DO, videos online, in articles, whatever. I love that they play instruments and write their own stuff. They really put thought into what they're doing. They're just incredible and I could use an endless amount of words to describe how much I love them.
