Got my tickets in the mail today - boy was I surprised at the speed of delivery. Althought the seats aren't great (balcony) I do enjoy knowing I will definately be in attendance.

I also have a bid out there on ebay for closer seats (figuing I only live once & this is my home town). But I'm so paranoid - are those ticks gonna be for real...should I hold onto the ones I know really are.... I'd rather sacrifice the $$ on those ticks than miss a Daughtry concert in my hometown, but if it means 2 more fans can attend the concert.....I'm becoming a paranoid fool aren't I????

Seems more like the last few days before a concert with seating choices slim rather than the first day of a public sale.

At least I'm in the building though - would have died if he came to my home town & I couldn't get ANY tickets.

*still trying for tickets - seems only single seats are available now - hopefully with persistance I'll get the 3 in a row that I need (although I'm not above leaving hubby & kid to sit elsewhere if I can get up close myself - hehe)

I've been trying the AEG presale code since 10am & can't get anything deceant 95/100 tries says no tickets found *sigh*

Was clicking away at 3:58pm and managed to get in without too many refreshes on the site - Track B. Can't wait since I was stuck in the Hershey traffic.
I'm definately leaving at 10am for this event! All those who were stuck in Hershey traffic & missed Daughtry should get together at this venue, since I'm sure we'll all be leaving with TONS of time to spare!

I live 45 min away and left around 3pm - I really can't believe anyone would think that I wouldn't get to the show til close to 8pm! There is absolutely NO WAY to predict something like that traffic. In addition, I haven't heard anyone here bashing Daughtry for this, so why the claws to the fans that missed the show? I don't expect any sympathy but at least don't be flaming us and acting like we left with no time to spare. I had a 3 hour time-cushion, I really don't think that seems like I left at the last minute! Between sitting in traffic for over 3hrs and walking for another 45 minutes that time cushion just evaporated along with all the months of anticipation. And if you weren't in the traffic, you just cannot imagine what it was like. I have never in my life seen anything like it. Other people we talked to said the same thing. You seriously have no idea what it was like! Cars coming from every direction causing total gridlock for 15-30minutes a pop... no words to describe .......

Turns out the day I was waiting for turned into a total disappointment. I missed all of Daughtry and 3/4 of Staind due to traffic.
It took over THREE HOURS to go what should have taken 10 minutes (we timed it on our way out).
The traffic was just horrendous. I will never go to Hershey again, ever. They had no one directing traffic so all intersections were blocked from cars coming in every direction, all to merge into a one lane road.
We even left 1/2 way through Nickelback because of the thought of sitting in traffic for another 3 hours.
What a total disappoinment Hershey was in no way equipped to handle this.
