My Reviews & Blog
You're right Copperfats!
I was in the track...& wanted so badly to jump and dance around, but those seats were really tight! It was impossible...I tried and tried, but kept hitting the chair in front of me every time I jumped! My arms got a work out, though, lol! The energy level was high...we were just all squished in like sardines in a tin can!
So..anyone who thinks York track people didn't rock for Daughtry....wrong! I know from first hand experience...nothing against the York fair, but those were the tightest seats of any concert I have ever been to. I guess you could compare it to trying to jump up and down while standing on a toothpick...nowhere to go but down---and in this case...it was our knees on the seats in front of us. OUCH!
Thanks for standing up for the track fans....we really tried....really, really, really...but, I can't complain...I rocked my hardest bruised knees and all!

We just got home from our long weekend away in York, and I have to say that of the 3 Daughtry concerts we have attended, this was by far...my favorite. We got to meet Chris in Clearfield after the show and we got some autographs from him, which was amazing and very unexpected, but this concert was so memorable and special...even without an official meet and greet! The guys were extremely gracious to the fans and their crew and the joking and goofing off, was what made the night so unforgettable! You can see the love the guys have for each other, (and I don't mean what was going on with Joey and Josh S. on the floor...lol)...I hope that someone got that and posted it to YouTube, because it was priceless and made Chris speechless! It was so great! We filmed much of the concert, (but missed that part...we never expected it! ha ha)... I just wanted to take it all in and enjoy without looking thru the viewfinder!
Now it looks like only a 10% chance of rain! Yippee! We are ready to roll! I am getting to bed later than I planned....&.... ..getting up early, to work...then a 4 hour drive....(I'll sleep then, maybe)...but I will come to life again when the guys hit that stage! I can't stand the wait!!!!

So close, but yet so far....
Have fun everyone going to this show...I just couldn't swing it this time and it's killing me knowing how close to home this is! I will live thru all your reviews and I am holding my breath until York!
(OK...too hard to hold breath....sigh)!...I am dreaming of York!!!! That's better!
Write some detailed reviews!!! Can't wait!

I wish I could have seen the drumstick brawl! How funny! If you get pics...you gotta post them! Your story about the VIP picture was cute. I wouldn't be surprised if you are right about Chris making a good picture face while you made a goofy one! He was making those crazy faces in Clearfield last week while he was signing autographs. He was signing and then he'd look up at someone and make his eyes really big and then quickly go back to signing and pretend he didn't do it. It was funny...(OK, maybe he only did it once or twice, but we saw it), and when I asked Chris to make them again so I could take a picture, he said, "What face"...go see my pics from Clearfield...he got all serious and acted like he didn't know what I was talking about, and just smiled at me...what a joker! That is my goal now, to get one of those faces captured to post here to say, "GOTCHA!" Be warned, Chris...I'll be in York!
AWW Shucks!
Thanks for the blog...glad you are part of it all now.
Watch out...you sound like you are hooked, too!
Thanks to for the PM....very nice message.
Take care!

I was there that night, too. We were in the 2nd row on the track off to the side, but I am so happy to hear that even up where you were the show was that awesome! These guys really gave us all a great time that night, and not sure if you read more of the reviews, but Chris came out after the show and signed every last autograph for people that stuck around. He is a class act! My daughter who is 7 is still talking about it,(she got her shirt signed and I got my CD signed) and I am longing for the next concert.
HEY NEWFOUNDRESPECT
I was right there with you that night with the crowd getting autographs and I was almost in tears to
see how dedicated Chris is for his fans. He was such a gentleman and took time for everyone. I hope he never changes, but the bigger celebrities get sometimes they have no choice. They may want go out and meet everyone but I'm sure sometimes security is a consideration. That may be why the VIP thing is getting so much more popular.
Loved your review and I hope you get to see them again soon. I was probably with you there in Pittsburgh in March, too...he played there 2 different weeks. We were at the last show. Pittsburgh is so big that, although we hung around looking for them, I knew he bolted after that show. He was scheduled to go to his hometown the next day, so I couldn't blame the guy for wanting to hurry back to see his family.
If you live in PA...he'll be in Meadville and York...we are going to York and I cannot wait!
Take care and welcome to the website!

Group Photo with audience
Hey, to everyone who was at this awesome show! Does anyone know what became of the photo that was taken during the concert of the band, crew and the audience behind them? Just wondering...I haven't heard anything since that day...maybe it will be on the next album somewhere? Who knows? I tried really hard to stretch into the shot...I think I made it, but not sure....it will be neat to find out someday!
