I won the VIP contest. It was amazing! I did have a difficult time actually getting back stage. I was worried I wasn't going to get in. No one seemed to know anything about the contest and the email confirmation I had meant nothing. There were 18 other winners from a local radio station and they received an actual back stage pass. I received a wristband at the sound check that said "Daughtry" and was told to meet by the fence after the show. But the wristband apparently did not get you back stage. Even people coming out from backstage had no idea what I was taIking about and would not let me through. I did not catch the guy's name who gave me the wristband, but he did come to the fence and the security guards (after making fun of me to my face as if I was making the entire thing up) finally let me in. This guy was the only one who knew what was going on and I am so thankful he was there! I was able to get in and meet Chris and the band. It was absolutely amazing! It all went by so fast, but I am so glad I got to do this!
