I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...This album has something for everyone to enjoy, whether you are a Chris Daughtry fan (as I am) or not. You’ll find some rock songs, some heavier rock sounds and of course, some great power ballads. Chris sings with so much raw emotion and intensity, it’s difficult not to fall under his spell. He captivated me (as he did with so many others) during his run on American Idol last season. As shocked and saddened as I was when he was prematurely eliminated, I realize now that had he won, he may not have had the same amount of success he is having today being part of a band rather than being a solo recording artist. Having said that, I believe that this album is fantastic. It is consistent and steady throughout, both vocally and musically. Way to go!
