I am a fan (and you should be too), because...

Chris Daughtry was wrongfully voted off AI. The good news is he is showing them up and proving to all his fans he never did need AI to become # 1!!! The talent he has is and will take him far. He was always my favorite from day 1 when I first heard his voice on AI! After seeing him here in NC not long after he was voted off and his family it was very apparent how dedicated he was not only to his career but to his wife and kids! I remember a day when I was at the Greensboro Airport sending my kids back to Indiana, as we went to head in the lady at the baggage area asked if I was a Daughtry Fan and obviously that was a YESSSSSSSSS! She then proceeded to tell me that his wife and other family members were there also heading out to visit him while he was still in the runnings for the AI title. While waiting for my kids flight to board there sat his Wife and Son and others. I could see the excitement in their eyes. To this day I wish I was not the shy reserved type and gone up to them to let them know I am a huge fan and wished them and Chris the best.

His first Album is just awesome! I shared this with my family whom never really watched Idol and they too thoroughly enjoyed it. Not to mention when he sang the National Anthem at the Bears game! OMG......talk about him belting that out perfectly and was so heartfelt that it not only put tears in his eyes but mine also. This just proves that Chris Daughtry not only is a great talented singer but also a great loving Man who is not afraid to show emotion and done with such dedication not only to his fans but his family.
