I am a fan (and you should be too) because, I have been in and around bands and studios all of my life-my father is in radio and was taking me into the studio from about age 5. I have done sound boarding, road managing amoung just about everything else and it is not very often that you hear a voice so raw and pure that it stops you in your tracks and makes you say "hey, who is that?". So many vocalists sound great on their CD's but when you hear them without all of the equipment they just don't sound as good, it is truly amazing what can be done with a good sound board( I know because I have performed some 'miracles' myself! ) Chris would sound as good singing in the shower (we will have to ask his wife about that) as he does in the studio and that is so refreshing in the sea of created cookie cutter bands that are flooding the biz today. He has so far shown that he knows who he is and is not willing to compromise his style or music and that is absolutely critical to his success. I have been forced to play his CD almost constantly because if I stop, it just continues to play over and over in my head anyway:-). It has been a very long time since my interest has been so piqued and I am looking forward to hearing Chris evolve into the super star we all know he is.
