I got a call on my cell, 'Is this Deb' I say yes, "you have won the meet and greet to DAUGHTRY".
OH my god I was like a kid, SO HAPPY!
Day of the concert:
I actually took my daughters friend Amber, cause she LOVES Daughtry. And the man in charge was nice enough to let my daughter go in too! (she was just going to sit on the side line to let us enjoy our moment)
Well we had to sit and wait outside before the meet, cause DAUGHTRY was giving away a car to someone who won from a contest from a ?BOSTON? Radio station, but OH, Chris is going to rehearse a song with the opening band first, and hey guess who gets to watch this!! Yahoo!!!
That was sooo awesome!!
So now time passes,,, and finally the let us in to see the guys.
They say no pic.s with them, but we can take pics of them. We get in say hellos get autos and I take a pic., and this guy says NO PICS. I was like dude, I am so sorry. But they said we could snap pic.s of them.. He takes my camera and tells me to go to the end of the table and snaps a few shots for me.... SO COOL!!
Now my daughter is having a wicked convo with the guys, One of the guys says "HEY ARE THOSE REAL TATS"? (L O V E on her fingers) Shes like" No, I was bored" So he lifts up his sleeve shows her his tat, she says 'HA that looks like KiRBY' (some video game???) Chris turns real quick and surprised looking, and says "dude did she just say your tat looks like herpes?" LOL
They all laughed saying NO!!

Then as soon as it began it was over. What a voided feeling after such a exciting day...
But we still had the concert!
This would be the 5th time I seen Chris and 3rd time seeing Daughtry.
So Yea, the concert was AWESOME. As always they did pretty much all the songs on the cd.
What a great day!!!!!!
