I am a fan (and you should be too), because...Chris Daughtry is REAL man. From the moment he appeared on American Idol he has been true to himself and true to his family. The dedication that he has had to his wife and family is tremendous. He has taken on a situation where most men would cower from.

To then see the support and outpour of love from his family and his determination despite the shocking dismissal on Idol is admirable. The new Daughtry album is phenomenal and there is not a bad song on it. These guys are true musicians in a world of pathetic excuses for talent.

An album like this is a light in the darkness of the "one hit wonders" of pop music.
