I am a fan (and you should be too), because...this great artist can write and play music. Daughtry has a dynamic like so few bands today. So often times, every song on the record sounds the same. Not the case here. This record addresses so many issues AND it's been well done. I can't wait for the second album.
The way Chris collaborates w/ so many other great artists is also a primary reason to be a fan. Opportunity does not appear to be something he wastes. His support for rising musicians, while building his own sucess, is nothing less than admirable and rare. I check out the artists he recommends and thus far have had good luck. I love that sucess has not gone to his head. What other rising star has given back this much?
Aside from the obvious talent these guys have, they have charisma. Every guest appearance I have seen is nothing but a good time. Fake does not seem like an option.
Daughtry gives back in so many charitible ways as well. Role models? Thus far, absolutely. What's not to love? How could you NOT be a fan in some way?
