Tickets on Ebay
For anyone interested who really wants tickets...check over at Ebay & sellers already have them listed for sale. Of course, you'll pay much more for them but I'll confess I bought one time for the March Daughtry concert. Yes I paid an outrageous amount but I wanted to go so bad to that concert that nothing could have stopped me from going!
We are in Section 101, row 24 so I know we are far back but just wondered if anyone else had seats in that area. It's frustrating how fast they sell out but at least I didn't have to buy them through Ebay and get gouged like the first time I saw them. Oh well, even if the seats aren't that great, it will still be great concert & a night to remember!
Got em!
I can't believe I actually got tickets for this concert since there weren't too many available! I am so excited, this will be my third time to see Daughtry & this will be a great one since it's a smaller venue. We are travelling from Cleveland and will spend a couple days up there. I can't wait till Nov. 6th!!! Did anyone else have any luck getting tickets???
I can relate to your story!
HeatherKey,
I feel so bad you missed Daughtry! As I said in my post below, we sat at that same spot you did, the Steels Corner exit for over 40 minutes from 5:50 to 6:25. until we finally realized the traffic was going absolutely NOWHERE! I don't understand what was going on there. We only saw about 10 cars move through the light in that time period. They badly needed someone up there directing traffic & we couldn't understand it! We saw people getting out of their cars trying to check out what was going on. I guess my hubbie couldn't take my antsiness anymore so he finally agreed to head up to the next exit. I literally was at the edge of my seat, on pins & needles, ready to cry, thinking we are NOT going to see Chris if we stay here at this exit a MINUTE longer. Again, my heart goes out to you because I was going though the same thing but at least we were seated by the second song. The main reason I bought tickets was to see DAUGHTRY. Yes, Nickelback & Staind are great bands but Chris is WHY I went in the first place!!! Not to see Daughtry would have been a terrible disappointment.!
Chris was awesome!!! I saw Chris in March when he was at the Grog Shop so experiencing him on the big stage in front of a huge sell out crowd was quite different. I might admit I did miss seeing him up close. At least we were lucky enough to get pavillion seats even though they were the last row. He started exactly at 7 pm with Crashed so those who got caught in a nightmare of traffic may have missed the first songs. Luckily, after 40 minutes of going no where on the Steels Corners Rd. exit, (I mean nowhere!) drove to the next exit & got right in. We had paid ahead for preferred parking which was the only way we managed to get there on time. Tip to anyone going to Blossom, pay ahead for the preferred parking!!! It's so worth it! We slipped out about 3 songs left of Nickleback and were home in an hour. Normally it would have taken us probably 3 hours with the crazy traffic there.

Loved the show
We also had a harsh drive in from Cleveland but nothing would have stopped me from seeing Chris, not even a nasty ice storm! We thought the casino was great & we loved the atmosphere there. We partyed out by the bar while the first band played so I can't comment on how they were. But Chris, aaahhh, what a perfect night! This is my third time seeing Daughtry & I am already starting the countdown for the next concert! Chris rocked it out this summer at Blossom & I am so looking forward to a great 2008 concert like the last one with Nickleback! Great things ahead for Chris & the band, I know it!
