I am a fan (and you should be too), because...

Imagine you are driving down the road, not havin the best day, and all of a sudden, your favorite song comes on the radio. That feeling you get as you crank it up and a smile comes across your face and all you can think about is the music. Nothing else matters in that moment in time. Your whole being is filled with the song.

That’s how Daughtry’s music makes you feel. Every song, every lyric. That may sound like a little much but it’s true. It’s been a long time since I have been able to say that about a band. Years as a matter of fact. I admit, I have gotten a little older, don’t listen to the radio as much anymore. But there was a day not so long ago that I lived for music. Daughtry has truly brought that passion back to me.

Daughtry has the kind of music that appeals to everyone. I have friends of all different music preferences and they have all taken quite a liking to Daughtry. This album has a bit of every sound to it. That's one of the reasons I love it so much. There are no 2 songs that sound the same. I have heard a lot of albums that you could actually sing the same lyrics to 2 different songs because they sound so alike. I can't remember the last time I had an album that I loved every single song on. Till Daughtry. It's the kind of music you never get sick of, no matter how many times you listen to it. A rare find. Ok, reason 2...Chris. I have had the pleasure of meeting Chris and he is an amazing person. Very genuine and so appreciative of his fans. Again...something that is hard to find. I have not been fortunate enough to meet the rest of the band...yet...but I am sure that if Chris had any say in the kind of people that he was going to be spending his time with, that they are all just as amazing as he is. So to sum this up....I feel that it is rare in the music industry that you find a band that has amazing music that can appeal to anyone and has values. It's an awesome package. And that's why I am, and will always be a Daughtry fan.
