I'm a fan because Chris' amazing voice and stage presence won me over on AI. Season 5 was the first time I watched the show and I cannot tell you how thankful I am that I tuned in that season. I was crushed when he came in 4th, but from his first audition to his very last performance, I knew he had that special glow and would make it huge someday... and he did!

As a fan it seemed like eternity until November 21st, the day his debut album would finally be released so everyone could hear once again that passionate voice we all love. 2006 wasn't the best year for me and the cd came out at the time I needed it most. So I'd like to thank Chris and the rest of Daughtry for making great music that I could rock out to in my times of stress. I haven't been this devoted to a band in the longest time and always will be! I hope I have the opportunity to see them live and to even meet them because that would be a dream come true.
