Just curious if this concert will end up on the list of shows ineligible VIP entry tickets. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but if you'll look at the VIP Contest - The Sequel rules it shows a pattern of VIP Entry tickets not being given at venues such as this one and also states that "one winner will be chosen for each eligible show". "Eligible" is the operative word in that statement. Further, the rules say: "If your date of choice is not listed below, we are not currently running a giveaway for that show. Keep checking back for more updates!"

As of this date the last two dates on the list are 24 Jul-Harrington, DE and 20 Oct-Raleigh, NC. There is nothing listed for August or September dates.

Like I said, I don't want to put a damper on this for anyone but I'm currently coping with my own heartache as I had hopes for VIP Entry to the Wichita concert on May 11. I wouldn't wish disappointment like this on anyone - least of all fellow Daughtry fans!

I just read (with much disappointment) that the VIP ticket winner actually will *not* get the Meet & Greet priviledge at this concert, but a signed poster instead. Too sad to be true, you say? Click on News + Blog and then click on More where the VIP Sequel rules are then scroll down and you'll see that the concerts given at festival sites (including May 11 in Wichita) are not getting the VIP treatment.

Feeling sad and a little misled. Afterall, "VIP Entry" was what the contest was about; I'm not entirely sure when the list of uneligible shows was posted but I don't recall it being there when I posted my entry. Maybe the contest should be changed for the festival venues to "Signed Poster Entry".

Just wondering if the lucky winner has been chosen yet. I'm watching my in-box closely but haven't gotten anything (yet!). Trying to keep hope alive

You can purchase buttons for this event. Tickets are not sold for this show as it is part of the Wichita River Festival. Go to: wichitariverfestival dot com and click on admission. This is how I purchased my buttons and it was easy. For the record, I'm not affiliated with the festival (maybe if I were I could meet the band!) - I'm just a die hard fan trying to help other die hard fans! Hope to rock with you there!
