I am a fan (and you should be too), because...how can you not absolutely LOVE Daughtry!!! I absolutely love the fact that Chris is a family man. He and his wife are very lucky to have each other. The band is very different from other bands/music I usually like...in fact, Daughtry is the ONLY reason I am a fan of rock music now. No one should ever doubt that I am a fan. This is the only band I would ever drive ANYWHERE just to see them in concert! My husband and I live in the St. Louis, Missouri area. Well, i tried really hard to get tickets to the Ameristar, but tickets sold out in only one minute! That is when i thought: "I made a good choice to be a fan of this group!" So, we packed our things and headed to Lincoln, Nebraska....and, boy, it was well-worth the drive. Not many bands, sorry to say, can sound good in person and on their album, however, Daughtry sounded good all around. Then, my sister and I bought tix to the memphis in may concert, so I got to travel again to see my favorite band. . Needless to say, this started a new hobby for me: traveling around the united states to see my favorite band, DAUGHTRY! I've gone to 6 concerts so far and april 17th will be my 7th! I hope they come to the STL soon so I can book my 8th show...i just can't get enough of these guys! These guys are such amazing artists and songwriters! Their songs are absolutely wonderful, to say the least! The songs have so much emotion and passion built into them, it makes it so easy for "real" people to relate. Oh, and I must say that Chris Daughtry himself is one of the most wonderful people you could ever meet in person. He cares so much about his fans and that makes me love him so much more! So, try to catch this phenomenon called daughtryitis because the side effects of being a fan are ohhhhh, so good!!
