First i want to start off of where I heard of Daughtry. On american Idol Chris auditioned an I thought he was the best!!! He was difrent from every one els who was on the show. When he was voted off ( i said AI is rigged i will never watch it again) I was so sad. Then i thought this wont be the end he will sell ALOT of albums with the amazing band members who I love sosososos much aswell!!! ( which i was right he did ). When the day came the album was out November 2006 it was put on my Christmas list (yes i didnt get to buy it the day it came out but i really wanted to!!!) Then when the even better day came out December 2006 ( CHRISTMAS DAY!) I listened to heaven in my CD player ( Daughtry Album) That was the starting point of the BIGGEST Daughtry fan u will ever meet!!! So I started my daily routine with listing to the album every day when i woke up ( BEST ALARM CLOCK BTW) listning to it in the car, on the bus u get what i mean lol =] Sooner or later it was just not enough me imagining i had front row seats so, after begging my mom for tickets ( Didnt take much she LOVES Daughtry too!!) she said yes and my best exsperince ever going to a concert happend at the Ohio STate Fair Aug 1 2007!!!!!!!!
Not only did i hear heaven I GOT TO SEE IT!!!!!! That just tiped me over the edge I was the happiest fan in the world!!! (wasnt front row but wish it was!) That still is not all there is an even better thing that happend to me with Daughtry this was most amazing!!!! I recived a signed CD in the mail!!! All because of the most amazing contest ever because i actually won!!!! Never befor have I ever gotten so lucky!!!!! ( By the way thanks so much for actually taking the time to sign the Cd and send it, just shows how much they care for their fans!!!!!! That made me the happiest person ever!! Of course there is also the music videos that i faved on youtube!!! (by the way missygrl93 youtube account) and I subscribed to them OBVIOUSLY!!! I loved every video they made well made and only added on to the AWESOME songs!!! Even till today i am a fan ( i kno i will always be one =] ) love the music they came up with today they can only keep getting better and better every time! I hope in the future I will get front row and i will keep wishing on VIP ( i kno keep dreaming lol) The most important reason why im a fan is their music makes me feel better! me and my mom where going through a hard time my dad was diagnosed with cancer and we were all bumbed and me and my mom love Daughtry so we thought if we went to a concert it would make us all feel better ( And It SO worked ) one of the best experiences of my life could not have asked for a better concert!!!! Daughtry is tha bomb and I will listen to them in my grave lol BTW I WILL BUY THE NEW ALBUM!!!! SO EXCITED =D
