I am a fan (and you should be too), because...Daughtry rocks! It's that simple.

I've been a fan of Chris' since the moment he opened his mouth to audition on American Idol, and new instantly that he was going to be a star. And look how right I was! Chris has an amazing voice and tons of talent. I'm so happy the world is getting to see that.

I was born and raised on Rock and Roll, and for the last several years there haven't been any new rock bands that have captured my interest.....until Daughtry came along. The music lisfts my spirits and makes me smile everytime I hear them on the radio, pop in the cd, or listen to them on my Ipod. I'm so proud of Chris for coming in 4th and showing the world that they voted wrong. Chris was the true winner from last season's American Idol. And now he has his own band and is on a sold out tour. Right on!

I think it would be amazing to be able to meet all the guys, shake their hands and just be able to say thanks to everyone for making such wonderful music. I'd also love to be able to tell Chris how proud I am of his acomplishments so far, and how cool it is that he has stayed so down to earth and real. That is a genuine star in my book.

And if I were to win the contest, the extra bonus would be seeing my friend Shannon wet her pants with excitement when she gets to meet Chris! LOL
