I got this CD as a present on my birthday just a month ago and having been a fan of his during the last season of A.I., I definitely dig his music. Yeah, he should've won the contest nevertheless it felt like he is the winner because of all the idols of last season, he's the one dominating on the music scene.
The first time I heard the whole CD, I was totally caught up with the songs immediately. If Carrie Underwood made great country music, Chris Daughtry made alternative rock fans proud. I really dig every song in the album, and I guess all of which tells a lot of messages to the listeners. A guy like me totally relates to his music. "It's Not Over" and "Used To" offer a good start. "Home" is a very moving song and I like it. My favorite song in the album is "Over You" - I guess the best one on the record - the melody... everything... is just powerful. "Crashed" and "Breakdown" turns up my mood. "What About Now" another favorite, closes the album perfectly. Overall, the material is worth buying.
