WELL, AS MUCH AS IT PAINS ME.....THE INDY VENUE, BIRDYS, JUST TOLD ME THAT WILL CALL WONT OPEN TIL THE DOORS OPEN AT 8PM BUT HE SAID ITS THE SAME LINE/DOOR THAT YOU GO IN AT. MAN, I KNOW THAT KEEPS SCALPING DOWN BUT THAT GIVES LITTLE LEEWAY, IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG AND YOU DONT HAVE TICKETS THERE....TICKETMASTER CUSTOMER SERVICE CLOSES AT 9PM FRIDAY NIGHT(EVEN IF THEY COULD DO ANYTHING) SO LETS PRAY ALL WILL CALL TICKET HOLDERS HAVE NO PROBLEMS...WIERD WAY TO DO IT....PEOPLE THAT HAVE THEIR TICKETS WILL HAVE TO BE SLOWED BY US SHOWING ALL OUR ID AND PAPERWORK! Debi, you are not the only one that is praying for at least 40 degrees, it is blowing and snowing so bad here right now that I am really getting scared about next weekend, it tends to be a little warmer down in indy, but I am so worrried about all of us standing in line, We ARE gonna be blue by the time the show starts. Not to sound vain, but what the hell about our hair? lol we are gonna have to freshen all that up real quick once we get inside. So Everyone, PRAY. Pray real hard that just for a few hours that we have decent weather, just for us daughtry faniatics.

heck we will have to have that wild turkey waiting in line that will keep us all warm a fuzzy.lol.us daughtry fans will get the party started befor the band even gets there,lol but i think i would like to remember the night.lol and deff. not passout somewhere while daughtry is on stage.lol.that would suck but the long islands are just enough to get me feeling pretty damn good.ill be the one with a big glass of long island and a huge smile on my face. cheesin from ear to ear.( after i take a shot of something to warm me after standing out in the cold forever, is it worth stand out in the cold HELL YEAH.

When I take pics on the "night" setting...it makes it look like everyone is on fire! It is bizzare!
I am packin the camera anyway...and yea, I will have the spare batteries all charged up and ready to go...and if I fill up my memory card...then I will be the happiest girl in Indy!
on some camera's have setting that you can put on your camera like : night portraits,partys indoor pic.fireworks, backlight just play around with your camera before you go, make sure your batteries are good some girls batteries went dead at the show she wenttoo.and if its digtal make sure you have enough memory on your card. delanapratt20

How the heck can we take a picture in a dark bar without a flash going off? That does not make sense at all. so, does that essentially mean no cameras????? I doubt it!
And -- YOU CRAZY GIRLS...are you all drinking long islands???? YIKES! I don't think Birdy's is ready for us...that is for sure!
1. What Time do the doors open, The ticket says the show starts at 7:30 but your web site says 9?
If Daughtry soundchecks on time doors will open at 7:30 the absolute latest will be 8pm...there are 2 support acts and music starts at 9pm.
2. Are we allowed to bring camera's? Daughtry's record label people said yes, so what does birdys say?
I have been told that is fine but no flash photography.
3. What time are we allowed to line up out side?
Noone will be allowed to line up prior to 5pm since we will be loading in gear and soundchecking bands prior to that...if we're going to stay on schedule, people need to stay out of the way.
4. Do the Will call ticket holders have a separate line or do they proceed with the rest of us?
Same line for all ticketholders.
5. Do you have some sort of coat check? if we are gonna be out side freezing I am sure most of us will have coats, and with it being so cramped, are we gonna have somewhere to put them?
Unfortunately, we do not have a coat check.

i have called down there when i first got my ticket and they said it was up to the band if camera were allowed.and one lady said too look at your ticket. and no where does it say no cameras allowed. and on the one thread the band says camera are okay. so bring them a be alittle shutterbug.abd promise to share. lol.
hey debi another good thing to try is tequila rose it taste just like strawberry milk but its the best when cold . ;)and long island are expensive dranks when i go out to eat or somewhere and order one they are around 6 or 7 dollars i think the most i have paid is 7.50, but they are pretty ggood size glasses. you save money if you buy a pitcher lol. but be prepare to pick your self off of the ground lol.

I have will call tickets to the Birdy's show too. I had no idea what to expect so thanks for the info. I still have my fingers crossed for the VIP's but I'm just thankful to be able to get in there. I was thinking of emailing the venue to ask some of the same questions. What have you been told their camera policy is? I don't want to not take it if I can have it but I don't want it to be confiscated if it shouldn't be there.

debi i am(delanapratt20 and delana20 i still cant log in) the one mention long island and they are yummy and strong.you will def. have to try one at birdys for the 1st time why not remember your first long island with seeing daughtry lol. you are a freaking riot i love u you are too funny. hope too see you at birdy well im sure i will with it being soo small.
I'm excited for both of you to see Daughtry! Especially since neither of you have experienced this tour!! As far as the logistics go, it sounds like you will be fine. The venues in Seattle and Tulsa were great. I absolutely LOVED the intimate setting. There's nothing like having Chris right there in front of you!! The fact that the weather will not be great might actually help you out a lot in getting a spot at the front of the line. It was a little chilly & rainy in Seattle and when I showed up at 5:30, I was only about 10 people back versus in Tulsa where it was warm and sunny. I arrived at 5:00 and was about number 30 or 35. I was terrified in Tulsa because I had Will Call tickets. It turned out to be fine. As we filed in the front door, the line sort of split up and there were several people inspecting purses and bags. Literally, I didn't have my purse with me but picked up my Will Call ticket as soon as I got in the door almost faster than anyone having their purse checked. It was super quick! I understand there's a reason to worry about the Will Call tickets situation though because you're right, if something goes wrong... but hopefully that won't happen! There were actually a lot of radio station winners at the Tulsa show so definitely more people were already parked in front of the stage but I still easily got second row and only 2 people to the right of center stage. It was perfect. Definitely bring your cameras - cell phone cameras, point-n-shoot, disposable, etc. Just don't even try an SLR or any type of professional one. I've mentioned before in other posts that I've only heard of one or two venues where the crowd was not allowed to take any pictures whatsoever (the venue's decision, I believe). As far as lining up, you can start to line up as early as you like. I wouldn't let anyone tell you any differently. Nobody can stop you from standing outside. I know I've only been to 2 shows so I don't want to come across as a know-it-all but just giving you my perspective. Hopefully, others will chime in and either agree/disagree. As a fellow Daughtry fan, I definitely want you to have the ultimate experience!!!

except the free show at the house of blues in chicago. but that wasn't really part of the tour. it was a pre-tour thing i guess. HOB was VERY tiny!!!! and packed! cool place to see Daughtry, but the floor section was seriously only like 7-10 people wide. it was very narrow and far back, so made being up close hard to get. i was about 4 people back but i got there pretty early and skipped out on the autographs to be close to the stage. it was acoustic and the sound was good. the great thing about the HOB, and i have never had a GA place do this before, but they let us wait inside inline, well, the ones lucky enough to be at the front. as many that would fit inside in line and the rest had to wait outside. but it was nice not being outside in the freezing cold. i am really really worried about the weather.
