I bought VIP for Rochester in June on Feb 2nd. I went through all the motions and copied the last page saying the order status is "fulfilled" with the order # and I'm assuming the confirmation code.
I thought it was weird it didn't say to print a copy but from experience I know to do this.
I just found out last night that a confirmation email was supposed to be sent to me and one wasn't. I checked my deleted and junk file.
I sent a message on here to RCA Ed as well as posted a subject in the discussion area on Forums.
I have the numbers needed to call it up but don't want to post them here so can someone who works here please message me and I'll send you them so you call them up to confirm my order.
My credit card has already been charged so it did go through. I just haven't received the email that I will need at will call.
Please contact me ASAP as I'm getting anxious that something is wrong and knowing they are sold out isn't helping the nerves, lol.
