RCAKaren...please help...

It seems there has been some confusion. If a person wins the VIP passes, does this include tickets to the concert??? After reading someone's entry on their VIP experience...it seems as if they did not get tickets to the show, only tickets to see the band during sound check. Just curious. I thought maybe the trouble may have been with the venue. Can you clear this up for me??? Thanks in advance.
