need website help, PLEASE, RCAKaren, SonyDoug/Mods!!!!
I dont' know where to put this, but I have posted this problem several places, so I am thinking that maybe I am posting it in the wrong place. I really need some help!!! I am not able to blog most of the time. Nearly all the time. I do not have a title box. It is not above the body like it should be. Some times I am lucky enough to find it at the very very bottom of the page. Way down below the submit button. other times, I do not have a place to enter a title at all. and since the title is a required field, without a title entered, it will not let me post. Sometime the title in inside of the gray "body" box (but you can't click it and type). Other times it says "title" right on top (overlapping) "body" like this pic:
and other times it may say title somewhere inside of a reply above, but it doesn't let me type anythng in there either. I don't know if anyone else is having this problem, or if it is just me or what. I have tried everything I can think of, and nothing has worked. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. I don't know if the prob is with my computer, my settings or what.
in the pic above, you can see the word title, over the word "body" and the only box is the body box, there is no place to type the title. The title box was not at the bottom of my page this time either.

I just said that I know RCA is busy w/ other website concerns but when you get a chance please help me w/ my log in problem. I would like to keep posting w/o making a new account.

I just recently was able to do this. I mean as of yesterday. So here was what I did.
I followed advice from Francesca and Mom but it wasn't fully complete so I had to remember what was said by others with this problem.
Work Instruction to be able to log in
1. Log in (50 X's if you have to)
2. Check after each log in for "Accept the terms of this site"
3. When this comes up, scroll down and check the boxes below the terms if they apply to you. (example, are you 13 years of age or older)
4. Click accept. (Ensure the boxes are checked before you click on this)
Your profile should come up. Do not go to "Forgot your password". This does not work as I'm sure a lot of you know.

Umm, I can't get this website to let me log in, even though i'm using the right password. Even when I can finally get a log in after MUCH frustration, it wont keep me logged in.
Also, sometimes its very difficult to find information. Where does it say when the VIP winners will be chosen, or have they been chosen already??

If you don't have a title bar you should just have to re size the "body" window smaller. In case you don't know how, no offense intended, put your mouse on the bottom of the body box when you get a double sided arrow click and drag up until the title bar appears at the top. This worked for me, let me know how it works for everyone else.
I agree, it might be better if we had one central location to ask for help. That way again, you aren't looking all over the place.
I am having problems with posting a blog. It won't let me click on the "post a new blog" link to do so. Any suggestions?
I was contacted by the local paper about the concert here in my town and wanted to share with everyone what was asked and what I said.

I've been having title bar problems - the title bar is way up at the top and usually covers the original post, so that I can't read the whole comment, and my "body" box is at the bottom of the screen where it normally would be. Since yesterday they've not been together (and aren't happy without each other!
LOL )
Karen or Doug - would it be possible to create a "FORUM HELP" section (maybe under the main topic marked Official Announcements?) strictly for these types of issues? It may assist you both in helping us with our problems instead of finding messages all over the place.

I've had issues as well, mostly when posting on the New's and Blog spot..sometimes I have to wiggle the scroll mouse up and down as the page loads. Don't ask..lol
but I'm wondering why only a certain amount of "Friends" show up on our pages?
Is there anything that can be done about that? Maybe another page listing "more" friends.
I'm assuming that we have this feature so that ONE day maybe soon we'll have a PM feature as well.

working on your issue now. I think sw squished the IE 6.0 bug though. slowly but surely...

Karen, I'm currently sending this message on the Firefox browser and it still won't let me log in. And I can't see the other messages posted on here whereas I can with the MSN browser.
I used to come in with no problem logged right into my password using MSN. Now I am anonymous.
I've been on here a long time and only last week did this problem start. My user name is Panther9999.
I tried using the "Forgot your Password" and got the email. I followed the instructions and clicked on Log in like it said but it doesn't take you to the Reset Password page.
My friends and I posted it all over here but I haven't received any word yet.
I know you've helped a lot of people and I don't want to lose my first account as I already had it set up with my message to Daughtry and my friends.
Now I can't get into it.
Will I still be able to be considered for VIP passes when I can't see my User name here?
Will I still get email from this site?
Is there anyway of helping me on this?

It looks like the bulk of the people seeing problems are using IE 6.0 for their browser. If you would kindly try to use Firefox instead, you will probably experience fewer problems.
