Looks me to like the "digital deluxe" version has the largest number of songs so that's where my $$ is going. Since DO says this is available online, can anybody tell me what site I can go to for pre-order? I went to Amazon but their pre-order was just the standard CD. Can someone help me with this? Thanks!
