The picture is amazing and I am sure that Chris and the band are totally honored to be included in such a photo. Chris represents the band. He is the lead singer, he has written nearly all their songs and their name is his name. No matter what, they are a group and anyone who knows anything is aware of that. Chris never separates himself from his group - they are one. Congrats to Chris and the guys of Daughtry for being in the mix with so many amazing artists and music icons.

What a beautiful picture. Chris looks amazing as usual.
I'm sure that the guys don't mind that they weren't in the picture. And I'm sure that they don't mind that they didn't mention it as Chris Daughtry from the band Daughtry. I mean, they are so popular, so well known, that if someone doesn't know who the band Daughtry is, then they most certainly haven't been spending any time on earth lately.
Just the opportunity of having Chris in the picture just helps to promote the band even more, as everyone always wants to see that years photo. And that's the entire point. Promoting the band. Besides, I'm sure during the time that the photo was taken (which probably took some time to do) the other guys were able to go off and do whatever they wanted to do, instead of sitting for another photo shoot. LOL

In fact I even said that in one of my posts that I understood putting all the band members would've been too many people since there were so many artists in the photo. I totally get that and I think most others do too.
I just thought it was odd that they said "Nickelback's Chad Kroeger" but didn't do the same for Dave Grohl and for Chris. That's all

Not only is Chis in the picture, but he is smack in the middle. It's not easy to photograph that many people and still have them all look so good, so kudo's to all who were involved.

I'm with ya girls....People just don't get it that it is an entire band that makes Daughtry so amazing.... Chris is great but with his band behind him it is unbelievable the sound that comes from the stage they are on!!!! I just wish the tabloids and magazines would get it straight!!! I can see how maybe because there were so many artists in the photo that they just used the lead singers; however they should have at least done the same with Chris's name that they did with Chad and had that he's from the band Daughtry as the intro.
Although I just noticed they did the same for Dave Grohl...it doesn't say Foo Fighters' Dave Grohl...just his name. Chad's the only one where they covered what band he's from. I know there are caption spacing issues, but did they really need to put in the quote from Fantasia?? Could've covered both Daughtry and Foo Fighters if not for that.
Chris looks amazing though...as usual

I saw this on either Access Hollywood or Entertainment Tonight this past week and TOTALLY DID NOT SEE CHRIS!!! LOL I was so mad 'cause I'm like where's Chris? Why isn't he here? LOL DUH!!!

I'm guessing they just used the lead singers because just Chad's in there too, not the rest of Nickelback.
HOWEVER, if you look at the caption it says, "Nickelback's Chad Kroeger" and I was like, oh ok, so I'm thinking they'll probably have, "Daughtry's Chris Daughtry" for him. But then I look and it JUST has his name, that's it. Ugh...when will people remember he's in a freakin' BAND, not a solo artist?!?!?!
