I cant even believe that someone is asking for this right now for this show. While the VIP winner s were waiting to be able to go up on the platform, we were "behind the scenes" and I saw the list and got so excited and went to take a picture of it and they wouldn't let me. I was sad but understood. I am pretty sure that there were 9 songs on it and it obviously started with You Dont Belong. I am not totally sure about the order but I know it was Its Not Over, Over You, Home, FLT, There and Back Again was def the last song. The others I am not 100% sure. I actually recorded alot of the show. I would go to take a picture forgetting the camera was set on video and viola! I will check it and get back to you. I was disappointed that there were no covers. Maybe this Saturday???? We'll see. I'll keep you all posted!

Hey! I went to the Feb. 23rd and 26th in Chicago at the United Center. Does anyone have the set lists for any of these shows? I know he switched up and added some songs, and I just wanted to get the run down. I want to make a cd with the exact set list, so I can remember the shows and listen to them. If someone could help me, I would appreciate it. Thanks! I LOVE DAUGHTRY!

I did get home ok! Thanks so much for asking! I cannot wait until this Saturday. I might put my mom on camera duty though so I can sit back and enjoy the show and not worry about capturing every moment. I just want to apologize to everyone for not posting my pics yet. I cannot find the plug to my camera and as luck would have the brand new card reader that I got for Christmas decided not to work when I went to "empty" a memory card a 1 am last Monday night just 4 hours before I was leaving for the airport!
Stay tuned...I got some good ones...and don't forget to check for my reviews for the CT show for this coming Saturday...this is a fairly smaller venue...only holds 10,000. Hopefully I will make my way up front though nothing will beat seat STAGE!

What an amazing show! Chris was on fire. I could not believe that he came out and sang Blaze of Glory with Bon Jovi. That was totally unexpected. I was blown away by the show. Glad Chris was feeling better. I can hardly wait til Daughtry comes back to Chicago!

Some of the earlier reviews criticized the sound, but I thought it was great both Sunday and Tuesday....only difference was Chris had his voice back to a full 100% on Tuesday. It's got to be rough being under the weather and having no sick days!

I heard Chris and Jon rehearsing their duet. I was waiting inside for will call to open up and I knew I heard Bon Jovi but at one point I was like "shhh shhhh that's Chris" and then I was like "but this is a Bon Jovi song". Guess I was right! How come no one else wrote any detailed VIP reviews like we did for other shows? And does EVERYONE get to sit on stage for VIP?

My favorite show was in Vegas but this was an amazing show. Chris and the band obviously did awesome and looked darn good doing it to! Congrats to all the VIP winners and I'm hoping someday I can be as lucky. I wish I could of met up with some of the other Daughtry diehards because my group didn't fully appreciate the whole Daughtry obsession!

HEY! What a night! You are right! I forgot to thank JP for coming over to our side and making faces at us...the 'hey I know you' thing. LOVE IT when he comes to the Steely side! I do! And, for the first time EVER...I could REALLY see Joey play WELL. He was playing the keyboard too, which I know he plays, I have seen that, but I haven't seen him do both at once! Nice!

So as LindaJo and Cam said...there is no word in the dictionary that can describe how it feels to be that close to the most amazing band ever at a venue that holds that many people. I as well was one of the VIP winners. I was just excited about the meet and greet, but whenever we were escorted from our already not so bad seats to the stage just 9 minutes before Daughtry was coming on...I couldn't breathe. Thank god I had just gone to get a fresh beer because it was the only thing that I had to compose myself. I had just traveled from Boston just for this reason and that very moment made the whole trip worth it. ( As if I thought it wouldnt have been anyway.)
Steely was so much fun. Almost making sure the 6 of us were rocking along just as hard as he was. JoshPaul stuck his tongue out at us at one point, and because my camera wasn't as good as Cam's, it didnt take fast enough. The boys made us feel like we were the only ones in the place. I had to take a pic of the audience from our view just to remember what it was like to be up there. O and did I mentioned how they sounded. AMAZING of course.
OK, now I am a Bon Jovi fan, I mean I like them and they were just a bonus to what I was really there for... BUT whenever Chris came out OMG! You have no idea. Again with the not being able to breathe.
As for Daughtry's team that makes all of this stuff happen for us extremely lucky fans, so so nice. I just wanted to hug everyone! They were so great! Thanks again guys!
I do have to say....the only thing that made it all ok that it was over is that I am going to see them in 8 days. Thank the lord, I still have something to look forward to.
PS I'll let you know if Chris and Jon do another together and if it is the same song as Chicago!

BTW~it was nice meeting you girls. It's so fun to know that I am not the only crazy Daughtry fan!

I can't describe how great your pics are!!!! You two have an experience you'll remember for a lifetime!! I LOVE the one where Steely is practically posing for you! I can only dream about winning VIP!! CONGRATS!!!!!

I've been dying for Cam to post!!! First, thank you Cam for taking me in with you! I love you Goose!

You are right Cammie. It is so hard to wrap up any of the Daughtry concert experiences in words. It really is HARD. You can' t describe it. And if you post here, you all know what I am talking about. Saying it was awesome, or amazing, off the hook whatever, describes the EVENT, but it does not describe all the giddiness, excitement and just plain insanity that goes along with the whole process of getting ready, going to, attending and "finishing" a show. It is an EXPERIENCE every time! Especially when you do it with our DO girls!! More than a dozen shows later (and I know some of you have been to 50+!!!) I still can't wait for the next show. If you think about it, it is insanity!!! It really is. Sometimes I wonder if the guys think we are nuts!

Cam covered everything! It truly was HUGE to be able to be THAT close to them at a venue that holds over 40,000 people. It gives you a real perspective at what the crowd looks like from their point of view! I am so grateful to Cam and RCA for even offering us an opportunity like this in venues of this size. Thank you Terek, Karen, Molly and the guys!!!

Ok, the show. You Don't Belong is even more amazing live and just has an edge to it that l like...in addition to the mic moves. lol WOW. I saw the show on Sunday too, and I will tell ya that Tuesday's show was so much better overall -- from the energy in the building, the music, Chris' voice, the band interaction with the crowd and each other, the sound quality, and the energy of the band as a whole was just ON. Steely was really working the platform, and we all LOVED it and gave him love right back. That might be the best part of these shows...sharing the love! Thank you Steely!!!!
And, thank you JOEY for tossing 2 drum sticks our way. Those things are dangerous! lol Cam walked away with one!!! woo-hoo!

A few hugs and a pic and we were out of the meet and greet. I wish I could go back in time and replay the whole thing. Chris asked us how the performance sounded and we told him we thought the show was better than Sunday and who knows what else we said, because we were just babbling. I was confused about pictures, because I was horsing around with Joey (imagine that) and I thought Carter was going to take one with just Cam - which I HOPED! Nope...he was telling me YOU ARE DONE. Ooopsies. lol I was confused...I think we all were caught up in the moment. We said our goodbyes, I apologized and we left. Then, we went back to our seats...then headed to the bar outside of our section to rehash and check out the pics!

We only watched some of Jovi, since we saw it already and we were spending time catching up, which we did not get to do on Sunday. We went in and out, depending on the song and we befriended the usher, who was instructed to call us if ANY member of Daughtry took the stage while we were out socializing. lol The curtains FLY open and the usher guy SCREAMS OMG!!!! HE IS ONSTAGE!!!! HURRY!!! lmao We go running, drinks, coats, purses...screaming too...to watch BLAZE. Ahhhhh....so worth it. Amazing. And, I am a HUGE Richie Sambora fan now.. Loved his performance both nights. BTW I thought Jon was better Tuesday too...voice, hair and clothes. lol

That's it! We also enjoyed the Billy Goat and some late night dogs...and the night was over.

When's the next show??? lol

Cam I'm so happy for you - I know you are truly a dedicated fan (not that any of us aren't of course),but, I've seen your face and read your comments on here for so long - you deserved it!!! It's great that you got to be so close, and it sounds like you took part in one of their best shows ever! Congrats!! Can't wait to see pictures!

Cam, first off, congrats on the VIPs! And I loved your review. OMG, to be right there on the platform sounds great!! The small venue tour was one thing, but this is a huge show with what has been great reviews and experiences. I love that you got to see "YDB" and I can only imagine what it was like to see "Blazy Of Glory" with Bon Jovi AND Chris. I know I can't stop watching the various videos of it, especially the full length performance. The screams from the crowd just jerk at the heartstrings for Chris!!!
And awesome?...don't worry about using that term to describe this kind of experience. So far, I don't think that Webster or anyone else has found a word that describe something like this.
Congrats again and now anxiously waiting to see the pics!

I'm soooooo jealous!! I would die if I was able to be on stage with them!!!

The concert was AWESOME.....wish I could come up with a better word....but it was just truly awesome. The VIP winners were escorted to a platform that was right next to Steely on stage...... and that is where we got to stand for the enitre set. We were so close I could've pushed Steely's pedals for him Steely was all over the place and made sure we were rockin hard...he was a lot of fun....Thanks Steely

To be stage level and so close in a huge venue was an amazing opportunity....so a big THANKS to everyone that made that possible. I know by now you've all heard "You Don't Belong" but just wait until you hear it live! Its harder edge really gets the guys moving....which gets the crowd moving.....LOVE the song....LOVED the performance.

After Daughtry left the stage we were escorted back stage....the guys came out, shook hands, gave hugs and posed for pictures. They have a lot of stuff to do in a short amount of time....and I think every night might be different depending on how many winners are chosen and etc. So to all future VIP winners....don't expect for your night to go just like all the rest... but do know that everyone is nice and makes a valiant effort to take care of the Daughtry Offical winners. It's a very special thing they do for us....holding VIP contests and having meet and greets....and they are trying to give everyone a fair shot....it took me a long time, but my number finally came up!

To top it all off.....we got to be the first to witness the Duet with Chris and Jon....and it was JAW DROPPING OFF THE HOOK...yes I'm screaming now...LOL. Those of you that were there know how the crowd reacted....I have never seen anything like it! I'm not a huge Jovi fan, but I will say that he knows how to work a crowd and he really puts on a great performance....and Richie Sambora's solo is a real treat too....he's a very talented musician with a great set of pipes!

So there you have it.....my VIP review. Linda Jo went with me....so I know she'll be popping in to review too! Now.....I need to get some pics up here for you guys.......stay tuned!

I went on the fan club trip in 2001 I believe it was. It was the ONE WILD NIGHT one! I was a member for about 5 years before that and until 2003, but have not joined up since. I have to try and get some stills out of my video since there is no audio at least I can get something out of it! I am so not good with computers. It seems everytime I try to post pics here They are huge, or Chris is off to the side so you can't see him or something. Any advice would be most helpful cuz I woul like to post them. Otherwise I tried to do it under Daughtry and me and got an error. So I guess I will try later!

Hey, BTW who were the other ladies that were by the tour bus the other night??? Anyone here? When I got my pic with Chris there were a few others, but it was all a blur and they left right away. Would have loved to have talked to ya!

The Jovi/Daughtry stint was like this.....I felt like I was in a gospel Church and Chris and Jon where the preachers....OMG.......the crowd went WILD....after every phrase.....it was unlike anything I have ever seen! I feel so lucky to have been there. WOW!

but when Chris came out and sang with Jon... it made me like Jovi a little bit. It was amazing... there are no words. Who'd a thought that Daughtry would help make fans for Jovi? Everyone thinks it is the other way around. Glad we were having some drinks and got to see it.
