The single is released to Dutch radio. I heard it on 3fm this afternoon (the other main radio channel in Holland). I just checked the website and it's in the list of new singles that are being played on that channel. It also entered the tipparade.

Finally 'Home' is going to be released in Holland! I personally like this song better as a single then 'It's Not Over' so I hope is gonna be a hit. And already some good news about the song:
On the Dutch radio538 (one of the two most popular radio channels in Holland) they play a new song each evening. Listeners can vote whether they like the song or not (hot or not). When more then 50% of the votes is possitive, the song will be played regularly on that radio channel.
A couple of days ago people could vote for 'Home'. 82,2% of the listeners votes possitive! This is great because now it will be played often. 82,2% is a really high percentage compared to other songs.

The TMF website is a bit crappy, so I understand that it's difficult to find something.
When you open the website, a media player appears on the left. If you wait for a while a commercial of 15 seconds starts playing ("advertentie"). You have to wait for that, till it's finished.
Then below that you see the words "video track" and "zoek video". Click on the red words "zoek video". Then Type 'Daughtry'. A drop down menu appears and you can choose the video 'Daughtry @ TMF Awards 2007'. Click on that and then wait for a while again. In the media player you see the words "bezig met laden", this means that it's loading. Then the video starts playing.
Unfortunately the video has been removed from youtube because of the video rights..
Hopefully it will work this way. I think the trick is to let the commercial finish first, before clicking something else.

Thanks suus. Tried but can't get it to play. When I click on It's not over' just get an ad playing or a girl band. Maybe I'm clicking on the wrong thing to make it play, as I don't know what the words say and am trying at random.
Did type in details as you say in one place, but then couldn't find how to get that to do anything.

Well, is good that the whole country will get to see them. Not good that the the real fans there probably won't be able to see them 'live' while they're in the country.

As far as I know that is their only performance in Holland. You can't buy tickets for this awardshows, you can only win them. But everyone can see it live on tv, so that's good.

So is that their only performance in your country? Fantastic thay they'll be seen on a major show like that - and will be seen by so many that way! But shame if the fans can't actually get to see them in a concert while they're there!

Daughtry is coming to Holland! They're gonna perform at the TMF Awards 2007. This is probably the biggest award show in Holland, organised by music channel TMF. I can't be there live, but it will be live on tv so we can all watch it. Afterwards most of the performances will be put online. Maybe next year we can even vote for Daughtry for a TMF Award..

Hi guys, I'm also from Holland! Just want to say that I absolutely love the album. Of course I already knew Daughtry is a great band, but the album just got released a week ago, so I had to wait too long to buy it
. Hopefully they're coming to Holland soon to perform, that would be really great!

I'm so glad The Netherlands finally get the chance to get to know Daughtry!!!! I've been a fan of Chris' since the moment I saw him auditioning for American Idol!!! I bought the cd in pre-sale, so I received it the day it came out!!! I love the cd and now it's finally on sale in The Netherlands too. I made my sister buy a copy

Hopefully they will perform in the Netherlands somewhere in the near future!!! If so, that definately is a dream come true!

At this moment Daughtry is Single of the week (alarmschijf) on 538. It means that every hour we can hear all week the single on the radio. So far the feedback is great.
Every dj talks about his idols adventures and compares him with a local hero Roger Peterson who quit the finals of the first season uin the Netherlands because he wanted to write his onw songs. Roger's band is called Intwine (www.intwine.nl). In fact the style of music is similar to Daughtry's.
Anyway, I think Daughtry will make it in the Netherlands. In the Netherlands there are a lot of festivals like Lowlands and PinkPop. Chris, try to get on that bill!!
