AWESOME!!! The show was completely packed!! So packed in fact, that a friend of mine from another board who lives there didn't even get to SEE the guys perform. She,unfortunately, got called into work so didn't get there til late and by the time they got in they had to stand in the adjoining bar and listen cause there were soo many ppl there!
First of all, i would like to say that I got to meet Mary and it was great! I loved meeting you! You are def. such a sweet person! Seeing your nerves before goin in and then seein afterwards was wonderful! I hope to see ya again in Charleston!
Chris is sick again and they almost cancelled the show. But Chris went on like a trooper!! Gave an awesome show as usual! I loved seein my daughter jammin too! It was a sight to see, my little headbanger! There is soo much to tell for my experiance so I'll make it brief. Before the show, my daughter Kayla saw Joey briefly and talked to him and he signed her little autograph note pad that she had. Have I said lately how much I love Joey?! My friend Allyson and I even got her to meet Mike from C.R.,Josh from D.O.F.,and she met all of C.R. after the show. Got pics! I don't know what happened to my little social butterfly but she sure got quiet when it came time to talk to them!
During the show, we were front row so she got to see them all up close. After DOF finished their set, the drummer came over and gave her the drumstick he'd been using! Ya shoulda seen her face! Then during CR's performance, Mike knelt down and sang to her for a min.(luckily got a pic) then later when he had his hand out singing, he reached for her hand and she was so shy that I pushed her arm up towards him and he held her hand for a sec. Again, ya shoulda seen her face!
Daughtry time... awesome performance and YES, Joey played shirtless! Whewww! Chris was fantastic! I told her if she held out her hand and he saw her, he would touch her hand and that is what happened! Talk about a smiling face! She almost got his pick. Dang it! Brian was awesome, Vegas was pretty good but I miss JP!, Josh was his usual greatness but he was on the other side of the stage so I couldn't really see him too well! AWESOME, AWESOME SHOW! Afterwards, we hung around a bit and got her a CR tank and cd and we got all the guys to sign it and she got pics with them. They are all awesome guys and Mike is such a sweetie! I was about to leave and decided to wait another sec or two especially since the club was doin the usual and kickin everyone out. Steely came in and we talked a bit and he was really talking to Kayla and got pics with her. We moved outside in the hall hoping to see the Joemeister and kayla remembered about her autograph pad. I didnt really want to bug him again but Ally said come on. She went up to him and he signed it talked to her a little more and gave her one of his picks and one of Brian's. I love Josh! Dang, I love all the guys! We went outside by the buses and saw the crowd. We went over and got more pics with Joey and Josh and they signed her Daughtry shirt. Mike from CR signed her CR tank. All in all, we're tired but had a blast!I have to develop my pics cause I am behind the times, I guess but when I can, I will put some on here!
