What can I say that would be any different than what everyone else has already said . . . you are one great artist - above all!! You have a natural talent and you are one smart cookie because you started out on the right foot and are doing it the right way in every instance. I applaud you and your intelligence, keen mind and ear for what is right but most of all for your voice and the way you sing your songs - it's personal, every word of it. Even if it weren't your own words that you had written, it would still be personal because you have a knack for making it your own. As a poet, people who ask me to write something for them are surprised. They don't seem to understand how I can get into their heart and their head and be able to put on paper what they are thinking and feeling. It's called being empathetic and that's Chris Daughtry - he is empathetic and passionate in his music and so grateful to his fans. How can we not love him, his music and the fantastic band of musicians that right there with him - helping him to achieve success!!!! I was thrilled to see and hear you on American Idol - you were the best. Someday, somewhere - I know that I will get to hear you in person and what a fabulous day that will be. Keep going strong!!
