DAUGHTRY Soars to #1 on Billboard Top 200
It’s official: RCA/19 Recordings artist DAUGHTRY has become the multi-format phenomenon of the year, leapfrogging from #4 to the #1 spot on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart, selling over 65,000 albums this week as it cements its place as the fastest selling rock debut in Soundscan history.
Debuting on November 21 at #2, DAUGHTRY is also the first rock band release in nearly 20 years - since Bon Jovi’s 1988 classic New Jersey - to hit the top spot after debuting below #1 in the Top 10.

Knew you could do it! Way to go! Congratulations on being #1! I know I for one bought at least five copies and gave a few as gifts for Christmas. Still haven't heard the bonus song "sorry" though. My copies had bonus acoustic tracks of "home" and "crashed". Which ones have "sorry" on them - does it say on the cover? The CD is awesome. Not a bad track on it. I knew it would sell well. Look out Nickelback - Daughtry is giving you some competition!
