I have been a Daughtry fan since the beginning and have always had an idea for a way that Daughtry could raise money and in a sense give a tribute for our Troops and those who have served our great country and risked thier lives so that we can enjoy the freedoms we have today. I don't really know much about computers and don't really know if there is any chance this would work, but I think it would be really cool if Daughtry made this happen. Their song "Home" has always been one of my favorite songs, and anyone who is or has been in the military, or known and loved someone who is in the military such as myself, would probably agree that the words to this song are true. To me the song does a good job of telling the struggles that military families have of having to deal with thier loved ones being away and always looking forward to them coming home. I think it would be really neat to make a special tribute, music video to this song. The cool part to me is that to find footage would be relativley simple because troops are always coming home, and anyone who has experienced that moment when thier loved one gets off that plane after being gone for so long is one of the best moments you could ask for. This is just an idea and I would hope that many Daughtry fans could help support this idea in hopes that it would become real. Thanks.
