Vip rewards

I redeemed VIP for Columbia, SC. My question is I put in my address but it didn't have a spot for the city so since it is my first time doing this I want to be sure I don't have to do any further steps. Will they send another email with instructions for the VIP thing or what? Thanks for the replies!
