Problem with presale code for Nashville TN show

When I go to Ticketmaster, there are 4 different presale options (radio, internet, Ticketmaster, and special promotions). I have tried the presale password that I was emailed in all 4 spots, and each time, I get an error message that this password is not in their system. Has anyone else had this problem? Am I doing something wrong?
