Anybody know what time they play? I really don't want to watch the other bands.....I've been looking online but can't find the show times for each band......

Anyone know the order of appearances for Saturday's show? I would guess Kiss will be last, Daughtry before them, with Pat Green being the first of the three. I know there are several local groups, too.

VIP question.
I'm not attending the Texas show, but I have a question for those who have done the VIP experience. I've seen where VIP tickets are available for shows, but how do you get them?? I know this may seem like a CRAZY question, but I HAVE to do the VIP the next time they are available for a show that I go to.

i caved and bought a ticket to this show could be last one for a long while!! I got side stage 102 row 2 close to the stage. Texas here I come! Hubby said it was ok as long as I don't watch KISS.

Edit: it is called ROCK'n the Park. No radio show, so far features Kiss, Daughtry, Drowning Pool, ...the academy is.

hey, just to possibly help some of you out with the confusion- IMO, this show is looking more and more like it is going to be a radio festival; perhaps the fall version of Edgefest. It now starts at 1 PM and so far also features Drowning Pool and the academy is... (they are the opener of the Kiss tour) along with Kiss and Daughtry. Tickets go on sale to the general public next Friday and will be priced from 49.50 to 99.50. SRO on the floor will be 89.50. I would expect a full announcement to be made early in the week as with a 1 PM start time there are sure to be many other bands on the bill. This is speculation but to me its the only thing that makes sense.

crazy! I'm gonna have to really think about this one...Not that I don't want to spend the money...but want to be able to enjoy the WHOLE show for that price! I'm gonna keep looking to see what I can find..

I agree, I am not too interested in seeing KISS either. But, everything I am finding on the concert says that Daughtry will open. The tickets go on presale tomorrow for KISS fans, but they start at 99.50!

Seriously with Kiss? Not that I don't like the band, but they are OLD SCHOOL! I grew up with them and probably don't remember too many of their songs. And I think that Daughtry is a bigger band than Kiss.

Can we really confirm that Daughtry is opening for Kiss? I'd probably not even stay to watch Kiss. A bunch of Old Guys dressed up...not my cup of tea!

I have been looking at everything for the Kiss concert in Frisco and it is going to be expensive even for seats that are not very good. Does anyone have any info to share? I really want to go and see the guys, but I don't know if I want to pay KISS prices! OUCH!!!

I noticed on TM that the soccer game has been moved to 9/16. I hope us daughtry fans will get some good tix

If its KISS don't expect great seats they reserve those for their highly priced fc tickets and vip packages.

I am so excited they are coming back to Texas!! Can't wait. Whether they are playing for a soccer game, opening for KISS or just standing waving, I am going to be there.

Just getting weirder and weirder! Not only is there a soccer game that evening, but the venue confirms that the guys will be opening for KISS that night! How odd is that pairing? And, how incredibly late is this show going to be with a game before everything gets started. Must be a rocket surgeon doing the planning! He he!

Last time they visited Dallas, was with Bon Jovi...but I wanted to hear more Daughtry and less Bon Jovi...
