Daughtry truely rocked in Minot. The concert was the best day ever, one of the best days of my entire life. I’m from Manitoba, Canada so the morning of the concert we drove all the way to Minot, we had a little trouble finding our hotel but finally did. i thought we weren’t gonna get a good spot at the concert because it was already later than what we had originally planned to get there at. To my surprise we were the first ones at the gate!! I was so shocked and happy. Than the long wait began, we got there at 12:30 and had to wait until 7 before we could get in but it was worth the wait and puuting up with the heat. I’m not really a fan of 12 stone they were a little weird (sorry to all the fans) near the end of 12 stones performance I saw Chris behind the tent thinger drinking water so I screamed Chris and held up my sign which said “Canada luvs Chris” He looked, smile and pointed! I started crying and freaking out it was amazing and a little funny!! When Chris came out it awesome he rocked the concert in everyway . I was a little disappointed JP wasn’t there I thought mybe he would have been. Brian never opened his eyes once so that too was a disappointment. but everything Chris did made up for it 100% I loved seeing Chris and hearing him sing his amazing songs in person. I will never forget it. I bought some shirts at the merchandise table I wished there was more stuff though! I got loads and loads of great piks even some from when he was behind the tent drinking water. I cant wait to be able to show all u guys there’s prove in the piks that Chris rocked that concert, best time ever!!
It was fricken amazing I cant say that enough.

Drove from Canada on the weekend to see Daughtry for the first time...couldn't wait...and he sounded awesome...it was certainly worth the drive. I am feeling some uncertianty about the charisma and I hate to say this but I felt there was a lack of it and never really felt as though I connected with the band. Chris spoke to the crowd somewhat...but the worst was the two band members on his left that literally just stood there through the whole show and looked as though they would rather be anywhere else but there...perhaps their stage presence will come in time as they play more?? If I were Chris's management I would certianly tell those two that they seriously need to kick it up a notch. I realize they are playing a ton of state fairs and it must be hard to be excited about this every single night...but I was expecting more. 12 Stones was amazing...tons of charisma from the lead singer and band mates....great job...worked thier butts off to make sure people had a good time even though some people were unsure about who they were...perhaps that is the difference between a band working their asses off to make it big and one that already is??? I am looking forward to seeing them again in the future and watching them as they grow as performers...

I live an hour away from Minot, and usually hit up a concert at the fair every year. I would love to come but I have to babysit my five month old nephew. Just going to give you all a heads up stay hydrated and cool, temp is suppose to be over 100 on saturday. I'm sure it'll be a great one.

Daughtry, I am not your biggest fan, but 2 of my closest friends are huge fans, I hadn't heard any of your music until the last month or so. One of your biggest fans has died. Chris Nilsen of Reeder ND, died on June 14th, he had tickets to go to your show in Minot, but was involved in a motorcycle accident.

I am now going to your concert at the ND State Fair in honor of my friend. If you could Dedicate your song "home" to his memory, that would mean so much to all his friends who will be attending (17 so far).

I see this date setup for the 21st however I heard Daughtry was opening for Nickleback and Staind at Alpine Valley in WI this night. Anyone know if this is true? I don't know how he will be in 2 places at once but I hope that he will be playing in WI that night.
