Introduced to an equal mix of cheers and jeers, they silenced the naysayers with a performance superior to most of the day's fare. The band rocked. The vocals were spot on...

I met Josh Paul. He's so awesome and Mmm...yummy. Got pictures with him. YAY. I got pretty close to the front of the crowd while I was watching them. They f***in' ROCK. They were so amazing live. They are completey great. I hope to one day meet them all. That would rock.

I was dissapointed at the large crowd at Universal MadiGras- It seemed I could never get close enough to see yall! When I heard that you all were coming to EDBD I had to get tickets. You all rocked yesterday and I am still impressed! Thanks for coming back to Orlando. I even had the pleasure in meeting Josh Paul. That I believe completed my day! Can't wait till you all come back to Orlando! Remember to think of us when your planning the next tour!

I will be at Earthday Birthday for the 4th year in a row. EDBD is always a blast. I wasn't able to make it down for the Mardi Gras show so I am looking forward to see Daughtry at EDBD.

There are many reasons I am a Daughtry fan...first of all, I have followed you since American Idol. I still cannot believe you were let go off there, but I do believe it was the best thing for you because so many of your fans were so angred by that and we would do anything to support you. Shortly after that, I came across Daughtry's myspace page and immediately had to be added. It was therapeutic reading all the other posts and I was not surprised you had thousand and thousands of friends on there all speaking out and showing there love and support for you. I bought tickets to see you on the American Idol Tour, which you were fantastic by the way. I went to see Ace Young at the HOB too...I told everyone I was there to support you too, even though you weren't there. I also told everyone I met there how awesome your CD was and they needed to buy it right away. I even let someone in the parking lot listen to a couple songs before we left. For my 34th birthday, my boyfriend got me tickets to see you at Universal in Orlando. I thought we got there early enough to get up front, 4 hours before, but wow...your fans were already lined up, sitting all over the ground. You were absolutely amazing...I have been to many concerts in my life....AC/DC, Kiss, Bon Jovi, Cher, Madonna, Tesla, Maroon 5 to name a few, but I have to say, you were better than all of them!!!!!!!! You seem like such a great guy from what I see and hear. I love the fact you are married and you miss your family...you are like the All American Rocker next door! I love your updates and your videos you make to keep us all informed. Can you believe I've gotten my boyfriend hooked on seeing you live too?! He thinks I act like a teenager when it comes to you...I put your picture on my telephone for wallpaper. I can't help it...I love you and what you stand for Chris. I really do believe you are a blessing to alot of people. You bring so much happiness to my heart when you sing. When you sing, I seem to forget about all the problems in the world...it is so refreshing. Thank God for American Idol and for your wife pushing you to audition for it. WENT TO THE UNIVERSAL CONCERT APRIL 7TH WHICH WAS AWESOME!! I TOOK MY GRANDAUGHTER, HER MOTHER AND STEPDAD. WE ARE ALL DAUGHTRY FANS. THIS WAS HER 15TH BIRTHDAY PRESENT FROM ME. SHE HAS PROBLEMS WITH DEPRESSION OCCASIONALLY AND WAS IN THAT STATE OF MIND UNTIL I TOLD HER SHE WAS GOING TO SEE CHRIS DAUGHTRY!! SHE JUMPED UP AND DOWN AND HER EYES LIT UP. THE ONLY DAMPER ON HER BIRTHDAY PRESENT WAS WE GOT THERE 3 HOURS PRIOR BUT WAS STILL NOT CLOSE TO THE STAGE. THE STANDING WAS DIFFICULT FOR ME BUT I MADE IT AND WAS WELL WORTH IT. SHE WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED BUT PERKED UP WHEN YOU AND THE BAND STARTED TO PLAY. CHRIS, YOU COULDN'T OF PICKED A BETTER BAND! I MIGHT BE 62 BUT I AM YOUNG AT HEART AND LIKE TODAY'S MUSIC. I PLAY YOUR CD EVERY TIME I GET IN MY CAR. MIRANDA, HER MOTHER AND MYSELF ARE SOME OF YOUR NO 1 FANS. YOU TOUCH ALL AGES OF FANS. WE SUPPORTED YOU FROM THE BEGINNING OF IDOL. You guys are going to LOVE EDBd, the biggest, best concert in central FL every year. WJRR puts on a hell of a show, and people come from all over the southeast to our little radio festival. You may have as much fun performing as we will watching. Less than 24 hours after DAUGHTRY was announced as the final band addition, the show sold out! Coincidence? I think not! That is an EDBd record for fastest sell out. Your show at Universal Studios broke attendance records. Your cd has done rare feats on the charts, was the biggest rock album of 06, and is still topping the charts! How awesome for you
I only wish we fans could all tell you how much enjoyment we have gotten from your album and your live performances, but you'd spend all day saying thank you, thank you, and would never get anything done! So just let me say "thanks for the entertainment =)"

I waited inline 6 hours at Universal Studieos Fl, Mardi Gras. It was deff. worth waiting for. Weather it was HOTT,COLD,RAINY,STORMING i would wait no matter what it was like. He is the greatest person BY FAR that i seen in concert. I mean CHRIS way should of won American IDOL. I mean come on look at him now. HE ROCKS and alot of people were at the concert on April 7th. Even tho i was up front watching him do his thing. I would deff love to meet him in person. He looks and acts like a great person to get to know/or meet. Well keep rocking CHRIS. You deff have GREAT TALLENT.

OMG!!!! How I would love to win tickets to see Chris Daughtry at Earthday Birthday on April 28th!!!!! I love him!!!!! Boy that man can sing!! I went to see him at Mardi Grason April 7th!!! I caught one of his guitar picks he threw out at the concert!!!! I even framed it the next day!!! At my school I volunteer to go out and help pick up trash around the campus and plant flowers and other plants in the courtyard!!!!! I would love to come and celebrate the special day with Chris!!!!

My 9 year old daughter and I have been fans since day 1. She would love the chance to see concert and get autograph!

I really want to bring my Daughter Emma to see Daughtry she is 10 years old and made me vote more times then I can count for Chris Daughtry. When he didn't win she cried for a week. So I am gonna try to get tickets to at least one of the concerts happening in South Florida. But VIP tickets would be cool. Thanks for making my daughter smile even if we don't win...

OK so I just wanted to try this whole VIP entry ...... to see if I get to be the LUCKEST women on earth for 1 night !!!! I saw you guys at Universal and had to sit on concrete for 5 hours (well worth it though) and i would really rather sit on a nice comfy couch and chit chat with ya. Hope that works. And the concert is SOLD OUT so this is another attempt to getting to see you again and meet you hopefully.

We saw Daughtry at Universal this past Saturday - awesome show, awesome music, definitely worth it! I am dying to see them again. Just saw that they will be in Orlando on the 28th! I would love to see them play again! My 13 year old son tried to record the whole concert on his cell phone! My 5 year old daughter knows all the words to his songs - she keeps saying "put in Chris, I want to listen to the Daughtry CD!" Please give me VIP tickets! Don't know when they'll be back in our area again! I live less than an hour away from Orlando and am dying to take my sister to hear them in concert! My husband is a father to my two children and I admire Chris for his maturity and his family values. I hope he and his wife continue to be blessed and never take their love for granted. Crossing my fingers in the hopes of meeting him!

‘Twas the night before the Daughtry concert,
And all through the house, everyone was rockin’ (except for my spouse)
The kids had their MP3 players in their ears,
Chris Daughtry and his band were all they wanted to hear.
We were too excited to lay in our beds,
While visions of meeting Chris & the band ran through our heads.
So my teenager was dressed and ready to go,
And my five-year old daughter couldn’t wait for the show.

Away to the car we flew like a flash,
Speeding to Universal, hoping not to crash.
To see the band Daughtry was our greatest quest
Free VIP tickets would really be the best!

We play the CD in the car and the kids sing along
Even my five-year old knows all the words to his songs!
We’ve watched Chris since his first audition,
From American Idol to the fulfillment of his mission.

Now we want to congratulate Daughtry on their huge success!

On April 7th in Orlando at Universal Studios,
Daughtry will be playing and that is where we will go.

I would love to get VIP tickets to see Chris. I went to Universal this past weekend and was disappointed because I could not get close enough to see him. It was hard for me to see the screens because people were on other peoples shoulders...I was so excited to see him and was unable to do so...I took my 10 year old niece to the American Idols concert, only to see Chris.
